Certain items in our collection are crafted upon request, meaning we produce them only after you’ve placed an order. This personalized approach ensures each piece is meticulously created to your specifications. For instance, our HOOP tray is one such item.
To determine if a product is available on demand, visit the respective product page on our website. Check the description for “made to order” indications to ascertain shipping times. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, production times may range from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the item.

The code must be entered at the time of validating your basket, in the reserved frame of your basket. If it still does not work, check its validity date and if it is correctly written. Be aware, some codes are valid only once or are nominative. In case of a problem, contact us.

If you are waiting for a shipping confirmation, it may take a few days before your package is sent. However, if you have not received anything despite your patience, please contact us with your proof of payment for the order. We will do everything we can to solve your problem.

Delivery charges depend on the carrier, destination, and weight of your order. These fees will be automatically calculated in your cart based on the chosen option. We are working to expand our delivery options and will keep you informed via our newsletter.

Delivery times are influenced by product production durations and postal delays. While some items are readily available, others, crafted on demand, may necessitate additional time. Detailed availability and delivery information are provided on each product page.
Hank currently delivers to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and France. For European business orders, customized delivery estimates are available upon request.

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 7 working days of receipt. We’ll promptly assist you in arranging a refund or replacement. Kindly provide evidence of the damage to expedite the process.
Your return or compensation request may be declined if it exceeds the stipulated claim period, if the damage isn’t attributable to delivery, or if the product has been used.
Should a product fail to meet your expectations, you have 14 working days to return it, provided it remains unused. Contact us to initiate the return process. Return shipping costs are typically borne by the customer, unless the item is returned directly to our workshop.
Refunds are issued directly to the card linked to the original purchase. The processing time varies depending on your bank. If you prefer a refund to a different account, kindly inform us during the return process.

Tips for Longevity
In order to maintain the quality of our superfatted soaps, it is advisable to store them in a dry environment away from moisture and direct light until use. For instance, you can store them in your cabinets.
Optimal Usage Window
While our soaps possess enduring quality, we recommend using them within six months of purchase to fully appreciate their fragrance and color.
Understanding Color Fading
Some colors may fade over time, particularly those derived from natural sources like paprika or carrot juice. Despite gradual fading, the soap’s properties remain unaffected.
Reviving Scent Quality
The fragrance of our soaps resides within the oils they contain, akin to perfume on the skin. While the surface scent may diminish, the interior fragrance remains intact; consequently, it readily reinvigorates when used with water.
Maximizing Utility
Even if aged beyond a year, our soaps retain their efficacy. Proper storage in a dry environment away from sunlight ensures prolonged usefulness. Alternatively, transform aged soap into liquid form by grating and diluting it in boiling water.
For optimal fragrance enjoyment, we recommend using your Poly candle within a year of purchase.
Estimated Duration
Under standard conditions, your candle boasts a burning time of approximately 55 hours (Poly model), adhering to prescribed usage guidelines.
Preserving Candle Quality
To maintain your candle’s fragrance, refrain from burning it for more than 4 hours at a time. Trim the wick to 0.5-1 cm before initial use to ensure even melting.
To preserve fragrance, close your candle between uses.
Natural wax may exhibit cracking, especially upon rapid cooling, which doesn’t compromise candle quality.
Your wick is probably too small or cut too close to the wax. To address this issue, allow it to melt further and let the wax flow to the sides of the candle to create a small well of wax, which will promote burning by providing more space for your wick to allow the flame to develop.
To prevent uneven melting, maintain a 1 cm wick length and allow complete surface melting before extinguishing.
To prevent your candle from hollowing out, you should burn it until the top layer of wax is fully liquefied. This is essential to ensure that the entire top surface becomes liquid, especially during the initial use. Do not exceed 4 hours of burning. You can restore its normal appearance by following our video tutorial on our blog here.
No, that’s not normal, but it can be caused by several factors. Always make sure to follow the recommended burning time and not let the candle burn for more than 4 hours. Do not insert anything into your candle, and do not add fragrant or essential oils or foreign objects to it. Keep your matches away from it as well. Keep flammable materials away from the candle (away from curtains and flower bouquets). Do not place your candle on a hot surface (like a stove). Keep it out of reach of children and pets to prevent any accidents.
Do not use the lid to extinguish your candle to prevent soot from settling on it. Smother the flame with a snuffer or safely dip the wick into the liquefied wax. This also helps to re-coat the wick with wax for the next use.
Extinguish it when there is only about one centimeter of liquid wax left at the bottom of the jar (the inner rim will serve as a guide when you reach this point). This prevents overheating the remaining wax and its fragrance, and it reduces soot production. It also makes it easier to clean out the remaining wax.
To remove the remaining unmelted wax at the bottom of the jar, wait for the wax to cool or place the jar in the fridge to speed up cooling. Use chopsticks, a pencil, or a pen to push the wax out of the jar through the drainage hole at the bottom. You can discard the small metal piece that held the wick.
Reuse the remaining wax in a wax melt burner to make the most of your precious scented wax. Then wash the wax residues with hot water (wax melts at temperatures above 50°C and cleans easily).
Yes. Our wax is 100% vegetable-based, made from rapeseed and coconut. Being naturally more oily, it can leave marks or deposits on the jar. You can easily clean them once your candle has completely melted, using warm soapy water.
For daily maintenance, use a dry or slightly damp, lint-free cloth, such as chamois leather or a microfiber cloth. If stains appear, clean them with warm water and a mild detergent. For deep cleaning, use warm water, black soap, and a soft-bristle brush if needed. Apply a specialized maintenance product for porous stones as necessary. Then, dry the surface and apply a thin layer of neutral oil using a microfiber cloth to waterproof it, or use a hydrophobic/oleophobic product for porous stones.
